Place dough on a floured board and knead for 10 minutes or until dough feels springy and smooth. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place until doubles in size (1-1 1/2 hours).
Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
Roll dough into a large rectangular shape and spread with sauce.
Scatter other topping on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until dough and cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle with oregano and serve!

Assembly:
- Twist open Oreo cookies.
- Make icing by adding a bit of water to icing sugar. (You don't need that much water. I added way to much and ended up having to add more icing sugar and had a major surplus at the end.)
- Dab a bit of icing on each side of the cookie. (I used my finger, easier to spread evenly!)
- Place the dark chocolate disks where the ears should go and press the top oreo cookie onto the one with creme.
- Melt white chocolate (can add a bit of milk if the consistency is grainy).
- Add the red food colouring and stir.
- Dip the cookies into the melted white chocolate and let cool.
- Use the left over white icing to put buttons on Mickey's pants. Can use white round sprinkles if you can find them. (I couldn't find them at local grocery store.)

Lessons learned:
- Oreos in South Africa are smaller than Oreos in America.
- Chocolate discs are bigger (therefore Mickey's ears were almost the same size as his head)
- Should have used melting white chocolate instead of white chocolate bars because ended up a little grainy and not as smooth as I would have liked it. (bars were cheaper, budget mistake!)
- Go to specialty baking shop to get round, white sprinkles for buttons instead of being thrifty and using icing...icing drips and slides so round buttons were hard to achieve.
- Do shopping before Easter holidays when many shops are closed... had to use crimson pink instead of red food colouring because red was sold out (hard to tell in pics, but Mickey was sporting dark pink pants)
- Most importantly, I am convinced I need an iphone for better pictures!! (Now I just need to convince Badi :) )
